Soriya Estes, AuD has practiced in Audiology field since 1998 and has clinics throughout Central Texas. Dr. Estes serves as a guest faculty member at the University of Texas – Austin and is also currently on the UT-Austin College of Communication Advisory Council. She has been on the Board of Trustees for KMFA Classic Public Radio for the past three years. Dr. Estes has spoken on both a regional and national level relaying Best Practices for Audiologists in hearing healthcare clinics.
In 2005, Dr. Estes started her first office with the philosophy of providing superior hearing healthcare services for all patients. Whether a patient, employee or co-worker, the philosophy of service to others resonates throughout Dr. Estes’ character. She is tireless in her efforts to rehabilitate hearing loss and provide education about hearing loss and hearing protection to the community.

Kelli House, M.A. has practiced in the field of Audiology for over fifteen years. Mrs. House has experience in both pediatric and adult counseling, diagnostic testing and hearing aid selection and fitting. Prior to joining Estes Audiology in May of 2008, she was Director of Audiology at Easter Seals of Central Texas where she served as lead Audiologist for the non-profit organization. Through this work she gained knowledge of grant writing, coordination of ancillary rehabilitation support and providing hearing services to low-income and elderly patients. Mrs. House also has extensive experience in adult aural rehabilitation and hearing aid services for our veterans. She previously worked at Brooke Army Medical Center and the Temple Veterans Administration Audiology Departments working directly with active duty soldiers and retired veterans.
Mrs. House is very involved in local and regional professional organizations, including the Austin Audiology Society, Scott Haug Foundation and the Texas Academy of Audiology. She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Audiology.
Kelli enjoys spending time with husband Capt. Tory House of the U.S. Army and their three boys.

Lorrie Baggs, MA has practiced in the field of Audiology for over 16 years. She joined Estes Audiology in 2012 and is the Audiologist at Estes Audiology-Boerne. She has served patients throughout the years from newborn to geriatric in a variety of settings including an outpatient rehabilitation center in west Texas, private practices in Texas and Louisiana, a hospital clinic, and for the largest otolaryngologist group in north Louisiana. She also served as the Audiology supervisor of the newborn hearing screening program in Shreveport and Bossier City, Louisiana. As an Audiologist, she is committed to patient satisfaction and will persevere to help her patients achieve better hearing.
Ms. Baggs holds a certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology and is licensed to practice Audiology in the state of Texas.
Personally, Ms. Baggs is an avid runner and enjoys competing in local races. She has 2 daughters and 1 son and calls Boerne home.

Paige Juarez joined Estes Audiology in May 2014 as Audiology Extern. She is pursuing her Doctor of Audiology degree at the University of North Texas and is currently a fourth year doctoral extern.
Mrs. Juarez is currently a student member of the American Academy of Audiology, the Texas Academy of Audiology and the Hearing Loss Association of America and enjoys attending national and state audiology conferences. She worked as the hearing aid technician at the UNT Speech and Hearing Center for three years.
Mrs. Juarez received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2009 from Saint Edwards University and will receive her Doctorate in Audiology from The University of North Texas in 2015. She has also performed clinical rotations at ENT Care for Children in Frisco and UT Southwestern in Dallas along with other rotations in several clinic environments.
DeAnna Smith joined Estes Audiology in September 2007 as Practice Manager. She is a Certified Medical Office Manager and brings with her over 30 years of experience in medical billing and patient financial services. She believes in providing excellent customer service, and she will cheerfully help you understand your insurance benefits and discuss your account.
Mrs. Smith and her husband Bob enjoy spending time with friends, being members of the Elks and enjoying their seven grandchildren.

Cathy Edison is the Marketing Coordinator at Estes Audiology. Ms. Edison has over 10 years of customer service and administrative experience as well as past experience in other medical fields. She is originally from South Texas, moved to Central Texas from the Dallas area in 2001 and can’t imagine ever leaving. During her time as Patient Care Coordinator at Estes Audiology, Ms. Edison has built great relationships with patients and many other members of the Estes Audiology communities.
Our resident musician, Ms. Edison plays bass, flute and piano. She has an affinity for film and television and writes reviews for an pop culture website in her spare time. Ms. Edison loves spending time with her husband, Tony, a Central Texas firefighter, 2 children and a silly Border Collie named Murdock.

Laurie Coggins joined Estes Audiology in July 2011 as Insurance Coordinator. She has over 10 yrs of customer service and administrative experience. She lives with her son and spoiled dachshund Diva. Laurie enjoys the outdoors, traveling, baking and spending time with her family and friends. She recently took up running and plans to enter several local runs, as well as complete a marathon!

Dana Palacino joined Estes Audiology in April 2014 as patient care coordinator at our Austin location and has now transitioned in to the same position in our New Braunfels office. Dana has over 10 years of office and customer service experience, as well as past experience in other medical fields. Dana currently has her Associates Degree in Arts and is pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Administration. She recently moved to Austin from the Dallas area and can’t imagine living anywhere else. Dana is excited to be part of your hearing healthcare team.
In her spare time, Dana Enjoys photography and working on her stained glass art projects. She loves spending time with her husband, Derik, and their dogs Roxie and Rebel.

Shannon Longoria joined Estes Audiology in August 2014. Mrs. Longoria has over 15 years experience in the medical field as a Medical Secretary. Shannon loves taking care of patients, they mean the world to her. She is married to her wonderful husband Jesse, and has two beautiful children Janelle and Jakob. as well as one beautiful granddaughter, Zoey. Shannon spends her time away from work with her family, being very active in her son Jakob’s involvement with football and baseball at Madison High School.

Jennica Falcon, B.S. joined Estes Audiology in September 2013, and has taken on the role of Audiology Assistant. She recently received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Washington in Seattle. Jennica has experience in research of the human auditory system from her work at the UW Infant Hearing Lab. She plans to continue her education and become an audiologist in the near future.
Jennica has a passion for music and has been singing since the age of nine. She occasionally performs at weddings, open mic nights, and other community events.
